Safety Guarding
Every WarmTone™ is CSA and CE approved and complies with OHSA standards. Full safety guarding is included in the price tag and ensures that operators are not put at risk in the workplace.
Quick Release Stampers
The WarmTone™ is equipped with a quick-change stamper mechanism which allows for stampers to be changed within 5 minutes. This system encourages short runs and allows business to plan production effectively to maximize profits and reduce downtime.
ADAPT™
The ADAPT™ platform allows you to easily manage your pressing plant remotely. View plant performance, plan production, and restock consumables via Viryl’s inside sales department.
12-10-7 Inch Capability
All WarmTone™ machines are capable of operating 12, 7, and 10 inch runs. The WarmTone™ is the only modern-automatic record press that offers this feature. Molds and conversion kits are sold separately.
Fast Cycles
The WarmTone™ is capable of 25 second cycle times when ideal input parameters are provided. Modern technology has allowed our engineers to reduce inefficiencies in standard cycle times through automation and heating and cooling molds more consistently.
Dual Stacking System
The WarmTone™ features a dual stacking and trimming station which vastly improves vinyl production workflow. Our system allows for operators to interact with their machine without stopping production, properly inspect quality, and replace fully stacked spindles efficiently. The system also automatically stacks cooling plates which reduces manual labour and ensures each finished record cools properly before packaging.
